Hey, I’m Johan Dekker, a Motion Designer with over 15 years experience crafting compelling visuals across Feature Animation, VFX, Advertising, and Post-Production.

With a background in 3D Motion Graphics, I bring both passion and experience to creating stunning 2D and 3D graphics, integrating them into a larger film canvas to aid in visual storytelling and world building.

In recent years, I’ve taken on the role of Motion Graphics Supervisor, creatively leading teams on Feature Animation and VFX projects. My responsibilities include project planning, creative direction, bidding & scheduling, and presenting work to clients.

I’ve had the opportunity to speak at industry events, including Siggraph in LA, the Toronto Animation Festival, as well as BFX and ANIMEX festivals in the UK.
